Scope of Works
Principal Contractor role direct for the client in a design and build capacity, carrying out underpinning, structural repairs and reinstatements of external areas.
Works included site set up, obtaining any necessary licences / approvals and provision of welfare, design and installation of helical screw pile underpinning, superstructure repairs and reinstatement of external areas.
Further Details
RDBL mobilised onto site providing welfare and set up site boundaries with temporary fencing and site signage in a high-proÞle area with resident police, parks ofÞcers, school supervisors and stable workers. RDBL managed the design and construction of helical screw pile underpinning and worked under the clients engineer to carry out the necessary superstructure repairs which included helibar repairs, repointing and replacing bricks. Our external works included new asphalt (tarmac) surfacing, soft and hard landscaping.
